일요일~목요일 주중요금이 금요일~토요일,공휴일 전날은 주말 요금이 적용됩니다.
예약은 365일 언제든지 가능합니다.
예약은실시간예약과 전화예약으로 받고 있습니다.

입금은꼭 예약자명으로 해주시고 입금자명이 상이할경우 전화나 주시거나 메모를 남겨주세요.
예약후 전액 입금하셔야 예약이 완료되며 24시간이 지나면자동취소됩니다.

2023 Rate Schedule
Peak Season: Summer ( 7/20~8/31 , 2023)
Weekdays: Sunday to Thursday, Weekends: Friday and Saturday + Reservations may be made 365 days a year.
Online Reservations are not available. Please email or contact us by calling 010-2251-1430. For international inquiries and reservations, call 011-82-10-2251-1430.
We kindly request that reservations and payment be made by the expected guest. If that is not possible, please note this during the reservation process.
Full payment must be made at time of reservation to confirm your stay. Reservations not paid within 24 hours will be subject to cancellation.



이용안내 Instruction for Use

입실 14시~22시까지(성수기 입실 : 15시~22시)퇴실 11시 다음분들을 위해 시간을지켜주시면 감사하겠습니다.
유아 및 어린이도 인원에 포함됩니다.
반려견 동반시 1마리당 추가요금이 3만원입니다.
예약인원 외에는 입실하실수 없습니다.
바베큐이용(야자나무숯과 고기망)시 20,000원의 이용료가 있습니다.
여러분의 조용하고 편안한 휴식을위해서 12시 이후 고성방가, 무분별한 음주를 금하며 외부시설(바비큐장) 사용도 제한하고있습니다.
객실내에서 생선이나 고기등을굽는 직화방식은 하실 수 없습니다.
퇴실시 객실내 쓰레기는 지정된장소에 분리수거를 부탁드립니다.
이용객의 부주의로 일어나는 사고에대해서는 책임을 지지않습니다.

Check in time: 2pm (Non Peak) and 3pm (Peak Season)
Check out time: 11am. No late checkouts allowed.
An additional fee is 30,000 won for one pet dog.
Infants and preschoolers count towards the reserved guest count for each room.
No pets allowed.
No Smoking please.
Only the reserved number of guests are permitted to stay the room.
The barbecue area is open from 9am to midnight. There is an additional charge of 20,000 won to use of the barbecue facility. This covers the cost of wood, charcoal, and equipment.
In consideration of other guests, please refrain from noisy activities after midnight.
Absolutely no cooking permitted in guest rooms. All cooking must be done in the villa kitchen. Please do not bring fire hazardous appliances such as propane or electric burners.
Prior to departure, please dispose of trash in the designated area.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
We are not responsible for any accidents caused by the carelessness of visitors.



환불기준 Refund Policy

올바른 예약문화의 정착을 위하여 불가피한 조치이오니 양해 부탁드립니다.
이용자의 결제방법에 따라 송금일자가다소 변경될 수 있습니다.
객실과 날짜는 예약전 신중히생각하시고 결정해 주시기 바랍니다.

    -이용일 3일전 ~ 이용당일 취소: 환불이 불가합니다.
    -이용일 4일전 취소: 입금액의 50% 환불
    -이용일 5일전 취소: 입금액의 70% 환불
    -이용일 6일전 취소: 입금액의 80% 환불
    -예약후 취소: 입금액의 90% 환불

*환불은 입금자명으로 되며 입금시 송금수수료는 제외된후 입금됩니다.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Depending on the payment method, refunds may take several days.
90% refund if cancelled within 24 hours of making reservation.
80% refund within 6 days of arrival date.
70% refund within 5 days of arrival date.
50% refund within 4 days of arrival date.
No refunds for cancellations 3 days or less prior to arrival date.
